There is a small reception area where teas, coffees and light refreshments can be served during breaks. Here, interesting items from the KwaZulu-Natal Nature Conservation Services' Tembe Elephant Park are on display, such as elephant and hippo skulls and other artifacts.
Special rates for conferences are available on request. These rates are fully inclusive of entrance fees / accommodation / all meals / teas, coffees & light refreshments / game drives / use of conference facilities and VAT.
The conference room is air-conditioned and has an overhead, screen, television, and video facilities. Flip charts and other stationery are not included in tariffs, but can be supplied by special arrangement.
Accommodation at the Lodge consists of en-suite luxury safari tents. These tents are built on raised wooden platforms, and each is equipped with both a queen-size and single bed.

are fully-catered for by the Tembe Elephant Park - either at the centre, at the lodge - or delegates may prefer a
"break-away" lunch at Mahlasela - concealed game-viewing hide situated near a waterhole favoured by the
elephants.
